"Top notch!! Wonderful facilities with attentive staff, great food & dining. Location is close to best sights and gives you an early jump before hordes of tourists show up each day. Bit more expensive than other resorts but we definitely feel it is worth it. Hollywood also agrees as they were there filming an upcoming movie release but didn’t inconvenience us at all. "

"Beautiful beachfront hotel with a restaurant, spa, and 3 pools. Included breakfast is a buffet and hot made to order food which was delcious. Parts of the buffet changed daily which was nice since we had a longer stay. They also include a free tuktuk ride to downtown which is where tours usually start. "The staff is amazing. Property is clean and the ocean is only 2 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are only minutes away as well. The food is great. The only negative is that they don't have an elevator/lift."

"They have a boat that will bring you to the property. It is absolutely beautiful in a perfect location to unwind and get away. The staff are very friendly and try to accommodate every request. However, if you are vegetarian or have any special food requirements, don't stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and could not eat almost anything that the resort provided. "We absolutely loved our stay at Lio Villas! The staff were some of the best—super accommodating and genuinely welcoming. The pool and food were both amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot away from the crowds, this is the perfect place. They offer motorcycle rentals and tours, and they’ll gladly arrange everything for you. We really appreciated how well they took care of us from start to finish."

"Overall great stay, had a couple inconveniences but they are a much newer resort. Laundry lost a couple of my shorts but still a great stay just opt out of laundry service if possible"

"This was such a gem, the ultimate backpackers haven. The cabins are rustic and there is a fair hike up to your room, but what you get is the most stunning view you could ever imagine. The staff is super friendly and breakfast is included. Take your coffee and breakfast in an amazing setting, one of the best views in my life. Enjoy"

Hopefully he stays around and they will take care of him like they take good care of Ursula "

"Beautiful quality rooms and very attentive, friendly service through out the hotel. There is the most spectacular veiw out over the beach and ocean from the rooms and all public areas. Watching stunning sunsets from the pool was a highlight. The Beach Shack downstairs is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner & drinks, with lots of choices. Plenty of sun lounges & chairs on the beachfront & the complimentary use of paddle boards & kayaks was fantastic. We truly loved our stay & didnt find the many stairs to the room too taxing. "
