The property is located right next to a busy wet market and above a busy store. It is very crowded to enter the property diring certain times of the day. Once inside you're not aware of whats going on outside.
Corong corong beach is right behind the property. It is not a swimming beach. It's basically a boat anchoage. You cannot sun bathe or swim. The property is about a 15 minute walk from El Nido town center. You can take a tricycle, but beware they jack up the rates SIGNIFICANTLY for forigners. Be sure to agree on the rate beforehand. There are many scooters for rent, if you're brave enough to drive here, thats your best option.
The hotel staff are excellent. You won't find friendlier or more accommodating anywhere in the world. Tips are appreciated and their wages aren't great, so help them out.
If I ever return to El Nido I would likely stay at Lio beach or Nacpan beach if I wanted solitude. One El Nido Suites isn't bad, but after seeing what other locations offered they meet my personal preference better.
