"The property was unique, comfortable and the host goes above and beyond. Important to know; The facility is a duplex though very private feeling. It is 20 min from Hobbiton, 75min from the glow worm caves. Each side has a unique character, dedicated parking, mostly private deck, bbq, and their very own outdoor private heated spa. One of the nicest places we stayed at on our trip. Thank you for sharing your hospitality with us!"

"The house was absolutely beautiful and was situated about 15 minutes outside Hamilton. I have traveled a lot a the hosts were excellent. I got to meet two other guests staying there as well. I didn’t have a tv in my room but it gave me the opportunity to unplug from the world. I did log in using their high speed internet and it was the best of any location I stayed at in New Zealand. "Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"
