We had a lovely stay. Staff where amazing. Pools are a must we had agreat time relaxing in the hot pool. This is a must if you are in Okauia. We will be back next time for longer. Also thank you for the upgrade it was a beautiful wee home .

Place is dated, but you can see new owners are making improvements all the time. New poolside furniture, some building have had refurbishment. Cant wait to see what future improvements they make and look forward to go back.

Wifi sucks. I'd rather pay for gigs than suffer with the wifi. The bamboo used to shade the hot pools now they're gone Very limited parking per site Before Campers could use the pools before public opening hours

Great setting and very peaceful. Kids loved the pools. Unfortunately the units are tired and the beds kept us awake all night with the squeaky uncomfortable spring mattresses. Complimentary tea and coffee would have been nice as would a table outside on the deck.

My whanau and i enjoyed our night in the family motel rooms. Definately the better option for families and much quierer then the bunk cabins. Staff were amazing and the pools were just wow. Make sure u get in a good soak while you're there,you will feel brand new lol. Thanknyou opal hot springs we will be back again soon.
