"The property and welcoming was great. As for the Room it was clean and looked exactly like the pictures offering a stove, microwave and mini fridge The only downfall was the bedding, very hard and pillows I would of loved a better bed that didn’t feel like stone it had to be the hardest bed I’ve slept in for all the hotels stays I’ve experienced. Breakfast was great and loved how the staff was so helpful Would defiantly recommend for that alone not for the bedding "

"It’s a very nice apart-hotel with great appliances, very clean, and just a few minutes from a tram connecting to Geneva and Annemasse."

"Was very nice Hostel and it was good because near to the Annemasse station 25- 30 min very easy to go to Geneva I enjoyed my holiday for that. Also, people are working in the hostel was very nice and helpful. "

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "
