"I enjoyed everything about Viana Hotel & Spa, and if i have to refer anyone that going to hemsteap for a few that will be the first place in mind, David the security guard was so friendly, the front staff very knowledgeable and helpful, the bar, drinks are a big 10, the breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choices, i didnt try the restaurant for dinner but from what i heard its sound very good as well, the room was very clean and anything that i couldve ask for was already there, my kids enjoy the pool and me the jacuzzi and Saunas, everything went above my expectations, Great Staff overall, Keep it up Viana, and i hope to visit again in a near future."

"Very clean well managed. The manager, I don't know his name, but he is a Jamaican man - he is amazing!!! His presence is known but not overbearing. He helped us get to the airport when the shuttle left us behind. We are so grateful for his help. Thank you!"

"Perfect for a quick layover stay. Free airport shuttle is handy and the reception staff was nice and helpful. Downside was cold shower."

"Very Clean lobby & Room. Outside above average but to be as nice as the interiors, the tile walkways and stairwell could stand a pressure cleaning. Great breakfast including fresh bacon and REAL eggs... Carbs as well... Coffee dispenser in lobby including Latte, Capuchino, and more. Very accommodating staff. Probably best bang for the buck along the route."

"The common areas of the property were not clean dirty carpets all around and hotel is a little old. The room was clean and comfortable and that was good . Staff was nice and helpful "
