"Wonderful place to stay if relaxing is on the agenda. We (three 50+ adults) greatly enjoyed the spacious front porch with doggie gate as we hung out with our rescue beagle reading and doing crossword puzzles. The kitchen is fully stocked and had so many extras! Host had lots of beach accessories that we used to enjoy two days at the beach. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for the three of us. Definitely recommend this space!"

"This was the perfect spot for me and my family. House had everything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. There were 5 adults and 2 children, and this house had more than enough room for everybody. Backyard was amazing pool was great for the kids and the jacuzzi was a much need comfort for the adults. Host kept in contact with us if we needed anything, we felt very taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough"

"The house is very nice, I liked that each bedroom has its own color theme. The kitchen is beautiful. I had a huge group of friends stay over and they thought it was very nice. I had a little trouble figuring out the ceiling fan in some of the rooms. Also be careful with the rugs because they are on top of wood floors and they like to move. The host is very communicative which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect for a family get-together weekend - was better than we could have imagined. Quiet, lots of privacy, and close to Wilmington's best pizza (Pie's On Pizza - the calzones are huge!) Incredibly clean and well kept. And the Kasa crew were always a te t away to answer small questions. "Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "
