"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"Easy access and very thorough communication from the owner. Kitchen is well-equipped and the king bed was very comfortable. The beach is a short walk across the dune and has recently been refurbished such that it's broad and flat for great walking. The view from the living room and king bedroom are wonderful - easy to watch birds and dolphins. Very cozy spot for morning coffee and evening dinner. To be fair the info had been provided in the documentation and I did locate that before we left for vacation but still not very professional to completely ignore our message. Condo was pretty nice. Floors are very uneven but that is a structural issue but didn’t affect our stay. "Carolina Beach in the winter is a hidden gem and so was this ocean front property! Perfect location right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. We will be back!"

"Wonderful ocean views, good beach access, nice pool. Great location, walked to the boardwalk area twice (little over one mile walk). Tap water does smell bad, bring plenty of bottled water as well as your own paper products and trash bags. Be advised 3 flights up and back each time (wife wasn't thrilled) but it she hung in there. Overall, its an older place but well maintained. I'd stay there again."
