"Everything stated about this was exactly true! It was close, quiet and loved the screened in porch for late night chats. The home was clean and everything worked as designed. The communication with agent, excellent! No recommendations for improvement. We were on the move so not a lot of time actually spent there. Was able to store our E bikes in the front screened porch area. I would definitely rent this property again!! Close to eating and drinking places along with a neat bike/walking trail...

"We had a wonderful time walking everywhere. We thought the house worked fine for us it was small but we had plenty of room. Very happy the house had three bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately for me, the grandmother, I had to go to the hospital & ended up having emergency abdominal surgery that same day . Another good thing to know is that the closest hospital to the house is wonderful."

"You’ll be hard pressed to find a beach house cuter or cleaner than this one! We loved the layout, the simplicity, the old floors and tasteful aesthetic. Our family of six (with four kids ages 10-16) felt like it was plenty roomy for us for four nights. Loved having the laundry room and outdoor shower to help keep clean from the beach. "Property offered after first property had flood damage. Property nice and clean. Would recommend warning tenants about the step down when entering property. And also providing key box combo when checking in. In case the electronic lock not working "
