"First time staying, seen the complex walking around, rooms spacious, tip get ones with a terrace got sun beds on. Pools ok but think if this place was packed not enough room around pool areas. Eating couldn’t ask for more choice surrounding area and complex full of different bars, overall very pleasant stay."

"Beautiful area, amazing swimming pool with sun loungers available. Breakfasts were delicious, my son said the best eggs he’s ever had! Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely little touches like bottled water and toiletries. Super helpful at reception and security staff helpful out of hours. "

"Terrific location and views of the beach and glorious sunsets -- if you are assigned one of those rooms. The apartment we had was fabulous. But the first two nights had to stay in a ground floor apartment -- those do not have private terraces and have bars on the windows which is unpleasant. "This is a well Kept timeshare property, and the room was wonderful. The bed was especially comfortable, and there were plenty of linens, dishes, etc. available. "All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern. Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also. Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than 10 mins away on foot. Only feedback is that we’d like to pay as you go on drinks not right at the end."

"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "
