"the hotel is at the back of the resort and on a hill, it is easily recognised by its roofline and thus you can find it to walk back too. the apartment, was spacious, in good condition, clean and well decorated and provisioned. swimming pools were clean and had life guards all day, but unheated. Breakfast offered a great range of items covering all tastes. overall a wonderful place to stay, and I would fully recommend, so long as you are mobile. although there are some lifts, there are lots of...

"Wonderful stay December 24/25 couldn’t fault the place. The pool is a little chilly. Food great. It is hilly so be prepared to walk and get your steps in. We had a car so found it easy accessible to everything. "

"Grouting in bathroom for floor tiles looks dirty and tiles need polishing? Not the cleaners fault they were all friendly and efficient.itv channels not usually available on TV for some reason we could get itv1! When we arrived not a very warm greeting. "An excellent property. Quite with sea views and sunset. Lovely and clean. Nice food and entertainment if needed. Near a beach, bus, restaurants and shops. Trips and airport transfer strained from the hotel. A perfect stay. "

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"The hotel is located on a mountain, with incredible views of Los Gigantes and the ocean from the balcony. Warm pool in January, two high-quality restaurants with delicious dishes. The rooms are comfortably designed with large balconies and sun loungers. Responsive and professional staff, very polite and hospitable. "I love this property because it was remote enough that you don't hear noise of other tourists walking past. The apartment was lovely, large in space for 2 adults and 2 children. And the views of the balcony are to die for"

"The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!"

"I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
