"A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. Negatives - the coffee at breakfast is truly disgusting, the beds are very hard, the hotel has a very 80’s vibe and decor - think dark wood laminate, foamy ceiling tiles, one buffet restaurant (no ala carte), dismal...

"Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"Lovely hotel just a couple of minutes from the beach. The sea and sunset views by the outside bar are lovely. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are big and really comfy and clean. Breakfast was fab, with different options each day too. It’s a shame that there are so many areas of sunbathing / pool that you can’t access unless you have priority / premium access. But that’s a minor thing really. Would happily stay again. "

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was...
