"Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. "

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"The house is located perfect to go different directions for attractions. Tampa Hard Rock Casino, Aquarium, and Bush Gardens. Then to Clearwater Beach and Brooksville/Spring Hill areas. If there is anything you need in a pinch, there is plenty of shopping nearby. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen like the comforts of home. "The home was mostly clean, but had issues with baby roaches. Didn't get to use the pool. I have a special needs child and the pool had a slimy feel, the upper edge of the liner was dirty. The bathrooms, though well stocked, were a little misleading. The 2nd bathroom was actually in the garage. The lawn was not cut upon arrival, instead the Guy came while we were there! Good thing we hadn't planned on being outside during that time. Was not very professional at all, and he actually did a...
