"The room smell was ridiculous as soon as we walked in it smelled like pee and old water. The tv did not work. The toilet shot out water from the side every flush. The tub was dirty and stained. The sink had build up within the faucet handles. It looks like they barely cared to touch it. I spent $20 on cleaning products at dollar general to try and make the smell ok to sleep but even so it smelled like fabulous piss. They have not swept outside at all. "Good size apartment with two separate bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space. Linen was clean and fresh and the apartment was generally clean and tidy. The air con can be controlled in the bedrooms but not in the hallway - this made it a bit cool and noisy. The area did not seem very busy at night so made me wary about venturing out after dark - especially with security on the door."

"Located in a great spot right on canal couple min walk to the French quarter. Super clean and pretty quiet parking is kinda pricey since you have to pay for a garage somewhere but would definitely book again "
