"The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. "For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. "Weekend in york Apartment was about a 5 minute walk from York minster so ideal location. Car parking space ( quite tight but ok) provided in the pub at the rear of the flat. Flat was modern and very well equipped. Quiet despite there being a pub and car park nearby. Shower was a little mouldy but other than that the flat was perfect "

"We completely enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It had plenty of room, was clean and very comfortable. The only complaint was traffic noise. With no air conditioning, we had windows open and the constant traffic was very noisy. We arrived on a Friday so I think the busy Friday night traffic was the worst. The other days, not as bad but still louder than I would have liked."
