"Their was no AC and a heater that they couldnt turn off that made the room soo hot you barely stand to be in there and when we were trying to figure out how to shut off the heater a swarm of cockroaches came out of the floor and went up the walls. I had never seen something like that! For being on the 4th floor we also felt that it was a hazard that one of our windows could open up completely and had no screen or anything and was just soo close to the bed it felt like someone could fall out. "Location is great. Cons: Would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom for all of the towels. Dishes are rimmed with metal so they get hot around the edges if you put them in the microwave. Towels smelled like mold. Pros: Parking was easy. Neighborhood is nice. The little communication I had with the owner was fine. Close restaurants in walking distance. Parks right out the front door.
