"When we arrived at the lodge we were supposed to be staying in there was another family there who said the lodge they were supposed to be staying in was occupied so they were given this lodge. We rang the contact number and he apologised, we were provided the key code for another lodge and when i opened the door that was occupied as there was a dog in there. "The venue is in a beautiful historic building. The facilities are great including a pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The rooms had massive comfy beds and were cleaned daily with plenty of towels and extra tea, coffee and biscuits. My only quibble is that the rooms didn’t have internet tvs. "
