"Our family vacation in Doha was crowned with the excellent customer service we got at the Waldof Astoria west bay Doha. Everyone was exceptionally plesant and very attentive. "As a frequent traveller, one of my most important considerations are comfort of bed and pillows as well as proximity to conveniences like food outlets. This hotel ranks very high. The firm mattresse, the memory tempur cushion, and being close to the Gate mall, which is an elegant small mall with a fair amount of quality food outlets makes it a perfect place to stay. I will surely stay here again"

"The hotel room was really nice. It was very spacious. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, we would call the reception and someone would be up to assist us in less than 2 minutes. It was a very clean hotel room and there was no sign of mould or dirt. The hotel’s food was excellent and was in a comfortable environment."
