The hotel was nice..the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond that cannot be measured. They made sure we were safe and even upgraded us at no cost esp Kenza and Ayah. Thank you to both especially. Then only issue I would say is the temperature of the pool. It was on the coldish side. Even though i asked staff to heat it...they werent able to due to policy which i get. Other than that...very clean hotel amazing staff and mall is 5 minutes walk.
