"The stay was good. Location was wonderful balcony was great. They handled everything extremely well. A special thanks to Widad who did an amazing job handling our room. Cleanliness of the room, especially bed coverings could have been better as it was a bit dusty. However Widad fixed that right away and we were given a room that was clean"

"Hotel is in a great location for walking the old town, the corniche and for getting to the port. One negative is the bathroom/shower door that is too short leading to water ending up all over the floor. Great helpful staff and excellent breakfast facilities "

"Amazing service and super friendly staff in the restaurants, the front desk, the concierge. We were very pleased, and we had a wonderful time at the beach and at Shots Bar for New Year’s Eve. We definitely recommend this hotel since it has excellent service and location."

"The Rixos Gulf Hotel is absolutely magnificent. From our arrival to our departure we experienced high quality service. The staff at the reception desk are welcoming and always ready to help even when we checked in late at night. The rooms are quite spacious with tv, iron, safe and coffe/tea facilities.
