"When we arrived there was nobody at reception, then were told our stay was cancelled even though it wasn’t. Service in every area terrible, have to look for someone if you want to order a drink. Seeing the rhinos is amazing and could be the only thing that people would travel for. This lodge has so much potential to be so much better but there is zero enthusiasm by anybody on the property.
