"When we arrived there was nobody at reception, then were told our stay was cancelled even though it wasn’t. Service in every area terrible, have to look for someone if you want to order a drink. Seeing the rhinos is amazing and could be the only thing that people would travel for. This lodge has so much potential to be so much better but there is zero enthusiasm by anybody on the property. "

"A beautiful and unique property where the chalets are private by being far away from each other. With no lights around, the starts at night were fantastic. "All the staff here are exceptional ( friendly and very helpful). Food in the evening meal differed each night and was fantastic local fare. Yvonne the manager went far beyond and out of her way to make us feel welcome and helped us sort out our broken down vehicle. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend thos fortuitous find. Campsites also look good with shade power and water."

"I really loved this property and do plan to come back with my family next year. I loved the lodges and the rooftop sleeping option (we did not opt for that this round but next round for sure!). You can literally sleep under the stars! Everyone was courteous, professional, and kind. I highly recommend it. The only drawback was the lack of wifi anywhere in the whole area."
