"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"1. Reception staff was very rude and unhelpful. 2. The location indicated on Expedia.com is incorrect. The hotel is not in the Old City, but rather in a noisy, uninteresting suburb, which is located quite far from the center. You will have to take taxis to get to the old city. 3. Breakfast is basic and there are limited healthy options. Juices are artificial. They charge extra for omelettes."
