It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This was one of our loveliest experiences ever at a hotel. Family owned, kind, attentive, breakfast made by the mother. We could not have asked for a more lovely welcome to Mardin. The rooms are clean and quiet. A/C and wifi work well. This is the type of hotel everyone wishes they could stay at.

The hotel is in the middle of old Mardin, operated by a very warm family. Very "Mardin - like" accomodation in an old house for a reasonable price. There is a paid parking near museum not far away (can be full in the afternoon / evening and in that case parking is complicated). Great breakfast. We prolonged the stay for 3 nights.

960 yıllık Konak, hâlâ dimdik ayakta — maşallah. En çok bayıldığım olay, otelin bir Aile tarafından işletilmesi. Aile inanılmaz sıcak ve misafirperver. Anne-Baba ve çocukları sağolsun her işe koşturdular; temizlikten kahvaltıya kadar herşeyi kendileri yapıyor. Bir sabah Anne-Baba ile uzun uzun sohbet ettim; çok tatlı İnsanlar! Konağı yıllar önce berbat bir durumdan alıp geniş bir restorasyondan geçirmişler. Şu an oldukça temiz ve konforlu bir ortam olmuş. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Aile çok hayvansever. Konağın avlusunda bir kaç Kediye bakıyorlar.

Очень заботливые и приветливые хозяева отеля, готовые помочь, ответить, разобраться в ситуации. Но наш номер, который нам предоставили - "Стандартный двухместный номер" , оказался недостаточно комфортным. Очень маленькое расстояние между кроватью и огороженной в номере зоной душевой, очень неудобно проходить.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum eşimle ben konaklama için iki gece kalmak zorunda kaldık çevresinde aracınız park edecek yer yok ve sizi yönlendirdikleri yerde fahri baba isimli bir market sahibine kendi cebinizden zorunlu otopark ücreti ödemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz ayrıca bu park yerindençantalarınızla birlikte 10 dakika boyunca yürümek zorunda Kalıyorsun hem iniş hem çıkış yapmak zorundasınız otele girerken ve çıkarken odanın içerisindeki tavan 1:51 civarında kafanızı sürekli taşlara vurmak durumundasınız şirinlerin evi gibi odalar mevcut odalarda çay kahve ve su yoktu kahvaltı için alan çok dardı herkesi belli 1 saat dilimine sıkıştırmaya çalışıyorlar çünkü yeterli masa yok iyi olan tek şey klima ve internet çalışıyordu

Mardinde sakin bir konaklama
Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi, odalar yepyeni ve tertemiz, yataklar çok konforluydu. Kahvaltı taze ve yeterliydi, Mardine özgü çörek gibi yöresel ürünler de ikram ettiler. Otelin sahipleri çok misafirperver ve her konuda yardımcı bir aileydi. Otele ulaşımımızdan, Mardinin dar sokaklarında eşyalarımızın taşınmasına, oteldeki konforumuzdan gezi tavsiyelerine kadar her anlamda çok yardımcı oldular. Mardin gezimizi kolay kılan ve güzelleştiren bir konaklama deneyimi oldu bizim için. Bir sonraki ziyaretimizde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

Muazzam bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Eski Mardin'in en güzel, en temiz, en sıcakkanli insanlarıyla dolu oteli. Bu kadar memnun kaldığım başka bir yer olmamıştı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Hem dışarıda hem de odaların içinde muazzam bir mimari var. İslam beye her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Otelin konumu çarşıya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak eğer araçla gelecekseniz aracınızı çok çok yukarlarda veya çarşısının girişinde bir otoparka park etmeniz lazım. Uzun süreli konaklamak için valizleri araçtan otele taşımak biraz sorun yaratabilir. Otelin sahipleri çok şeker ve ilgiliydi. Odalara gelince; odamız arife odasıydı odanın içinde ayrı bir bölmeyle banyo ve WC yapılmış o nedenle yatağın sağından soluna geçmek çok zor. Çünkü oda baya dar. Temizlik çok kötü değildi belki diğer odalar çok daha iyidir. Odanın içindeki tüm ürünler çok kaliteli malzemelerden seçilmiş, tarihin ve modernizmin karışımı denilebilir. Otel sahipleri gerçekten yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydılar. O nedenle konakladığımız süre boyunca rahat ettik. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

İslam bey güler yüzü ve hoş sohbetiyle bizlere eşlik etti ve çok yardımcı oldu. Eve ismini veren Talia hanımsa gerçekten bir anne gibi içtendi, Ana Talia ismini hak eden bir konuk evi olmuş.
