"Kristen was an excellent host and the property suited us perfectly. She was communicative and provided ample suggestions that we incorporated into our trip. These were helpful in it being such a success, such as taking an Uber to the beach in high season because of limited parking, avoiding the crowds at Tiger Tail by going around 5p, and taking the Hemingway shuttle out to Keewaydin. She even helped us find allergy friendly food options. The house was in great condition with everything we needed. Plus she took some suggestions immediately. I’d highly recommend this property and Kristen to others looking to stay on Marco Island!"

"The property is just a gorgeous as the pictures. The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart. It’s as big as it looks and about a 15 minute walk to the water. Also has additional 100 parking fee and shared paid laundry. But very private, well maintained, beautiful property with great views of the island and the Gulf. "

"Loved the fullly furnished apartment with balcony. Clean and quiet. Very pretty lake view. Very convenient and reasonable $ compared to other hotel options on Marco. My second choice would have been in Naples area, quite a bit further away from my relatives I was visiting. The A/C unit was powerful but noisy, but sleep still came easily for us. This was our second year in a row staying there. We will certainly return. They have a nice pool that we did not use, but could have. They even supply beach towels to use during your stay. "
