The communication from the owner was poor, with no communication until just before arriving, and no instructions left for running the house. This then became an issue when we left. The pool was so nice to come home to, and we didn't have enough time to try all the games, bikes, and things available on site! "We had a perfect stay in Elske’s beautiful property in Chadenac. It is really well equipped with a lovely warm pool and plenty to keep us amused such as basketball, table tennis and trampolining. We were looked after very well by Elske’s Team. It was perfectly situated for trips into the château town of Jonzac and historic Pons and only 40 minutes from the estuary towns of Mortagne and Talmont. A stay here is very highly recommended."
