"After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "

"It was wonderful to stay in a castle in Tuscany no less Every person we met was attentive and kind We were staying near friends and didn’t hang around the grounds much or use the pool but everything seemed well kept It’s really a place to retreat to eat at and sleep at which served our purpose well "

What I did not like: Within a 2 week in advance, I requested a change of my original itinerary due to safety issues in our trip, however my request was denied by the property owners, accordin to Expedia. "Absolutely loved our stay at Ca Bianca Tuscany Relais. The property is in excellent condition and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool is lovely and clean and not too cold at this time of year. Easy access into Siena and surrounding countryside to experience all Tuscany has to offer. Breakfast was exceptional and Maria is so lovely. We also ate in the evening and meals were delicious and nicely presented. Waiting and reception staff also excellent and guest focussed."

If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city or just life in general, this is the place for you!
