Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! "After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "

What I did not like: Within a 2 week in advance, I requested a change of my original itinerary due to safety issues in our trip, however my request was denied by the property owners, accordin to Expedia. "A beautiful resort to enjoy the Tuscan views! My family and I (3) stayed here for a few days in September and it was wonderful! If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city or just life in general, this is the place for you! There is a Michelin rated restaurant on site and the opportunity to grab a bite to eat for lunch! Food was great, but if there for awhile can get redundant. If you're staying here for multiple days, I would recommend driving or having...
