"After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "

"It was wonderful to stay in a castle in Tuscany no less Every person we met was attentive and kind We were staying near friends and didn’t hang around the grounds much or use the pool but everything seemed well kept It’s really a place to retreat to eat at and sleep at which served our purpose well "

"A beautiful resort to enjoy the Tuscan views! My family and I (3) stayed here for a few days in September and it was wonderful! If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city or just life in general, this is the place for you! There is a Michelin rated restaurant on site and the opportunity to grab a bite to eat for lunch! Food was great, but if there for awhile can get redundant. If you're staying here for multiple days, I would recommend driving or having...
