"First impression was that the threshold at the front door was dirty. The whole house needs a deep clean. I felt pretty uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness. We had issues trying to get on to the Internet. Staff were quick to respond but not with the correct info. The style and decor of the house was lovely but cleanliness let it down We also had issues with the boiler, no hot water and a lack of towels.
