"We have mixed feelings regarding our stay at Pension Aduar. We had a 1 hour delay before our rooms were ready. When we walked into the room you could smell cigarette smoke and as a result our clothes, over a period of time, smelt of smoke. We used air freshners etc to get rid of the smell. We recognise that it is difficult for the hostal to stop people smoking in the room. There are plenty of no smoking signs around the hostal. "Truly a wonderful stay from (early) check in to check out. The front staff is so kind and fluent in English which was very helpful to me. The location could not be better. Steps from the boardwalk and beach. Countless cafes within a 5 minute walk, Old Town only 10-15 min away. An easy Uber to and from the bus station. About $7 each way. I will most certainly be back.
