"This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!"

"The property was great and exactly as described. Very clean with all amenities you would need. A short 15 minute walk to downtown Marbella, as the complex is right on the promenade along the sea with bars and restaurants. We really liked being away from the downtown business! Great patio in the unit with easy access to the pool. I would definitely recommend. "

"Really enjoyed Puerto Banus. Nice restaurants, good bars. Rooftop of apartment looks over the marina, which is great. Nice to chill out after your day with a drink & friends. Apartment is a bit tired looking, aircon is not great. 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom is very spacious with ensuite & window. 1 other double bedroom, no window & shared bathroom. 3rd bedroom is very small with 2 single beds, mattresses could do with being changed as not very comfortable, one or two springs coming through. "The property allthough a little bit dated ticked a lot of boxes for a prolong stay ,everything you needed was provided for .The pool, even late into the season was warm enough for a daily swim and was well maintained . The garage space was large and convenient and secure. The downside was really only that it was on the wrong side of the main road so a car really is a must especially if you have any difficulty at all with steep hills"

"Our morning coffee was to remember gazing at the ocean and mountains right in front sitting on our outdoor sofa. After coffee we took walks on the walking path to Marbella. The beach was a 1 minute walk and you could see it from the kitchen window. Juan the host was super accommodating and quickly respond. We will come back !!"

"This property is well equipped and peaceful although less than 5 minutes from the main autovía connecting Malaga with Marbella and beyond, and close to the centre of Elviria with its supermarket and restaurants. Really good beaches at Cabopino and Elviria are very close. It would make sense to go at a time when you can use the well maintained pool. Highly recommended but you need to hire a car....."

"Very nice apartment. A few niggles. Safe wasn’t working. Bed pillows could have been better. Bath towels/sheets in poor condition and should have been replaced! Caretaker needs to treat the pool regularly. - Not just when he saw it being used.- It was initially cloudy. To enter the building the code was changed before we were informed which made it impossible to enter the building! However, the balcony views with the comfortable chairs were wonderful! quite mcl"
