"Quiet and very safe location. Excellent communication. I enjoyed my stay at The Smithy, a homely and very relaxing place to stay. The location is just a short walk to the village where there are some good options for breakfasts. I was given a bag of feijoas on leaving, a real treat, thanks to Alison. Very happy to recommend the Smithy to others. "

"This stay was booked to be close to my son’s wedding venue. We were three adults and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, spacious, and private. It was so peaceful, located away from the main centre. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing since there was nomention of a dog on the property in the listing. "

"Miranda the pools were a highlight, the staff were fantastic, an array of activities that can be done onsite outside the pool, clean kitchen be sure take your own cultery or whatever you need, kids loved it, highly recommended "

"Refurbished to a high standard, our room had many facilities available if required. Our bathroom had a shower and a spa bath, plus bathrobes and slippers should you need them. A restaurant on site, also a bonus."
