"Stayed 28 days. It was a good room. Good location. Staff was excellent. The pool was nice; partially in the shade for a majority of the day. A band did play until 10 or 11 in a nearby location, otherwise quiet for Patong. I would definitely stay again."

"was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "

"We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity. "

"We stayed in small 2 bedroom unit. Had all we needed including washing machine, dinner setting, cutlery, pots and pans. Pool outside room with small balcony. Booked through TropicLook, was advised we needed to pay electricity, but told agent this was not advised when booked. Told we had a limit of 20KW per day. Stayed 14 days didn't use all power. "I stayed in 2 king bedroom 1 queen bunkbed. The unit was so spacious and home-y. All of us had a great time at this place. The pictures look a little more run down than it actually is. AC in every room living room. They provided cleaning service everyday, left water bottles for us everyday. 10-15 mins cab drive from central patong."

"Awful staff communication. It took them 24 hours to bring us toilet paper. Asked around noon. Messages kept getting mixed up, different people replying. Around 6pm they told me it was too late. They understood very little English, which is understandable, except that English speaking is on the listing. When it finally came the next day, they left it outside the door without knocking or letting us know. They wouldn’t bring more paper towels and kept saying we had to pay if we want clean towels....

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The hotel is situated in a quiet area and yet only 10 mins away from the Patong beach. The food in Vista restaurant is to die for and has lot of other facilities. We stayed in the pool access room ( Hillside pool - adults only) the pool is clean and big. The staffs at the pool side bar are helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Alisa and duen at the vista restaurant, they looked after us from day 1 and nothing was too much hassles for them and always have a great smile. Highly recommended Avista Hideaway Patong ! "
