"The staff was very nice, particularly Ben, he made us feel very welcome. There was a band of singers that were really good, the facilities is overall clean and very well organized, though the bed was hard not that comfortable in the private room and there could have been more towels, thats why I put a 4star overall, but really good for a hostel"

"The entire staff was great very friendly very professional. I enjoyed my stay the room is great you have your own space to put your luggage and put lock. Everyday someone comes to clean your room and put new towels and the bathroom has enough toilets and showers to accommodate everyone."

"It was a decent stay but I wasn't a fan of the cleanliness of the place. Inside my cubby wasn't the cleanest as there was some stuff on the walls and it made me feel grossed out and the moldy wet smell wasn't my favorite either. Also, the beds were hard and not all that comfy. Other than that it was in a very convenient area and liked that I was able to quickly get some food or do laundry without hastle."

"Nice and all-around hostel. Well decorated and beautifully maintained. Staffs are really helpful. They can order shared van to Khao Lak for guests at reasonable price. Bed is soft and clean. Unpleasant smell from bathroom but soon dispelled by aircon. Noisy from main road not airport. I have to put on my plugs to get sleep."

"Great location Basic essentials Value for money. Only disappointing part was check inn. I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. I just can not see there logic other than to put a miserable start to your stay."

"The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the heart of the town and great restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and I appreciate that there is free coffee available in the mornings and that there were some complimentary snacks on check in and a new bottle of water provided al well as fresh towels every day. "I stayed at this hostel for about 4 hours during the day instead of waiting at the airport. The shared room was nice and the bed comfortable. The Ac was on which was good. Everything thing was great. I will stay here next time at at the Phuket airport area."

"the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer the hostel asked me 200 Baht because I have used their bed sheet, asked for cleaning the bed sheet..this can be also asked by a hotel named Winrisa Place at the same...

"A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed in a family room 615B. Room was spacious and clean providing two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Perfect for two people or two couples so everyone has their own space and are not stepping over each other. The hot water from the shower was an added bonus and the beds were comfortable as well. Iron and board was provided upon request. The only downside was they did not provide face towels and the WIFI was not good in the room and only worked in the lobby. "This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good! "

" Jelaporn and I have visited Phuket on several occasions. The Centsra Grand Beach Resort on Karon Beach is a facility where all aspects are of superior quality. Karon Beach is beautiful, large.and uncrowdrd. Soft sand with an easy incline that facilitates entry to the ocean for every age. The campus here is expansive. There is a water park that winds through the grounds complete with waterfalls, slides and tubing canals. There is a large family pool, a kiddie pool and an adults only pool. These facilities are surrounded by restaurants and beverage bars that accomodate both casual dining and formal fare. Drinks vary from traditional cocktails, specialty fruit cocktails, wines and a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. We stayed at Centera Beach Resort for four days and three nights and never felt the need to leave the campus. The staff here is friendly and well spoken. Most are well versed in English and anxious to help."
