"Ours was very unique situation. The weekend we were planning to stay is the same day Hurricane Helene hit. Unfortunately our host lived in the area of the damages and no electricity and her phone was dead. We were not able to reach each other. The property looked wonderful! She called me just as soon as she possibly could and let me know what happened. Very nice person and wanted to make sure we were able to get our full refund. I would recommend this host!"

"The Coca Cola house is a great place to stay in Ava MO. The queen size bed is very comfortable. We found everything we needed there to make us feel at home. There is a convenience store within walking distance, two grocery stores close by, and several good restaurants. "

I left a few important things and was contacted immediately. Was able to meet up with them and pick up my stuff. Will definitely be going back with the family. "

"Very nice, well appointed cottage with great views of sunrises and sunsets. Tracy was great to work with and responded to questions quickly. There was plenty of space to spread out but yet intimate spaces to play games. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"This place is so wonderful. Surrounded by woods, wildlife, quiet wildlife sound's. The home is very clean and feels like home. We joined friends there and a great time. If you are looking for nightlife bars and shopping not the place for you. The kitchen is very functional. It was perfect for us to meet our friends and have a wonderful weekend. "

"My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting Wilder Days in Mansfield. The home makes good use of its space and is amazingly roomy. The main sleeping areas are in lofts, up steep stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us, but might be an issue for older seniors or young children who might be prone to falling, so just be aware. The kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer were convenient. Though we didn’t use them, there was also a BBQ on the back deck, as well as a fire pit in the yard. The stars...
