"Property is in a very quiet part of south Congress area of Austin. This little cottage is surrounded by some really beautiful houses. Very walkable area even at night several places to get coffee or food or wine and very close to Congress Avenue where there are a lot of fun places to eat and bars.Perfect size for two. And a very comfortable bed. The host Bri was very responsive and proactive. We enjoyed the day very much."

"Space felt clean, and there were no bad odors or smells. Small things around the place - missing toilet paper holder, no overhead light in bedroom, lack of dishes for use. Overall though, a great spot! If most people are going out each day or night, and Iy want to use the gym or pool occasionally, this was a great place!"

"This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. We loved it. Intimate but still felt spacious. Super clean and in a very safe area. Great amenities and location was ideal for our plans. Great value for the price. Check in and out was super smooth. Would love to stay there again!"

"Great location for easy access to UT. Well maintained (indoors) historic home. Outdoors could use some sprucing up but we enjoyed it regardless. We would stay there again! "

"This VRBO felt like staying at a friend's house while they were away. It was comfortable and felt like a home (books, porch swing, plants, etc.) The location was convenient and the beds were comfortable."

"Stay was amazingly peaceful. Enjoyed the property and ability to stay close to Austin but not in Austin. Cooked steaks on the grill and the house had everything we needed to have a great meal with friends."

"This property is huge and has plenty of space for large family get together. The back terrace and patio are great for sitting outside for meals, morning coffee, and dinner and drinks . Loved the view! The pool was very clean, refreshing and our kids loved playing in it! Large kitchen was perfect for making large meals . Location was close to downtown and made it easy to get around Austin. "
