"I initiated a chat last night with Navdeep and I am still awaiting a reply. I started another conversation this morning with another CSR and have received no communication. This hotel is not as described and I am looking for a refund for last night and the next two days. We have nowhere else to go and I am in business meetings all day today and tomorrow.
