"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French...

"Really great, immaculate apartment with three bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Loads more storage space than is usual. Well-equipped if you wanted to self cater, but the best bit is the superb location, just across the car park to the main lift, with the town centre about a 10 min walk away. Lovely hosts."

Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. "We had a wonderful time in this cosy, rustic chalet with impeccable views. It was great for two families and had everything we needed. Only things to watch out for are head heights - there are lots of low level ceilings and so not great for very tall people and lots of steep steps so not brilliant if you have any mobility issues at all. However for a stay very near to the Croix Fry lifts, easy ski hire, slopes, cross country ski and delightful walks it was perfect."
