"Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."

"The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. No bars nearby for evening time relaxed environment, although the bar staff at the hotel bar were friendly, there was no atmosphere there. The buses...

"Amazing location and view. Apartment appeared new and was very warm. Very noisy building all through night. Beds were uncomfortable - none of us slept well. There is nowhere to hang or dry ski gear - no hooks, rails, wardrobes, etc. except for one bathroom heated rail. No oven or grill. Very small microwave and limited pans. Basic apartment only: no soap, half a toilet roll, no washing up items, no dishwasher tablet, no tea towel. Nice linen and bath towels. There is a mop, brush and vacuum...

"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. "The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

"Great apartment, ideal for skiing, short walk to free bus stop, excellent parking and ski storage. 99% perfect, only downside is stove is too small / supplied pans too big to get both on the stove at the same time"

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"
