"We loved staying at this cabin. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. While it’s a rustic log cabin, the cabin is equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy. Strong WiFi connection. "The pictures do not do enough justice to how cool the cabin is. I appreciate the detail that Greg put into the cabin. The fact they built the place themselves with wood they sourced and milled on the property makes it even better. "I loved staying at the cabin. It is cute and cozy. It has everything you need to just relax and get away from it all. The washer/dryer were quite handy. While there isn’t a stove/oven, the hot plate and toaster/convection oven were sufficient for small meals . The owner was so helpful and kind. I loved meeting her pups. "

"This was a perfect place very close to purgatory ski resort! The cabin was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and were looking for on a ski/ snowboarding weekend. "

Make Sure you write down the 6 digit code from the owner as VRBO sent an incorrect 4 digit code and you’ll have to drive half way to Cortez to get a signal. Interior really needs an update We splurged 2 on 4 new wine glasses at the thrift store. Rustic ands bit messy. Good for dogs."

"Due to the heavy snowstorm, there were issues with us being able to check in on time. However, the property manager was extremely communicative and worked with us to make sure we had a great vacation! The location is perfect, right next to Purgatory Ski Resort. We would stay here again. "

"Very nice propery between Durango and Purgatory. Well furnished with beautiful views and nice amenities including the hot tub. Easy access to the road. There are stairs to access the home, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with this choice. We will definitely stay again."

"We loved this property and the cabin itself. The only thing was the listing showed photos of a room with 2 bunk beds but there were only 3 double beds available, so one kiddo slept on the couch. He enjoyed sleeping by the fire though,so it all worked out. "

"This home had everything we needed from for our group of 11 which ranged from 1 year old through 75. Kids loved the hikes up the mountain from the back yard. Shared Thanksgiving dinner with three Does dining outside. The owner provided an open line of communication throughout the whole visit . The property description was pvery accurate."

"Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
