"I travel with my two dogs, and I was blown away with Tumbling Ts. My two dogs and I stayed in the chuckwagon; it had everything I needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous; the grounds were immaculate. I enjoyed that my dogs were not running around in high brush and stickers. The bathroom was large and spotless. "The VRBO description undersells the attractions of this property! It was larger than expected, beautifully maintained and nestled in a protected art and nature sanctuary. The hosts were quite charming and clearly committed to providing all their guests with a lovely stay. We are so glad we chose this (instead of touristy Durango) as our jumping off place for Mesa Verde NP."

"Very nice property. It was surprising how quiet the interior was with it being right on a main road. The only dips were the water dispenser and the ice maker in the freezer not working and the upstairs could use a better air conditioner. The bathroom window upstairs wouldn't stay open so we could let the cooler evening air blow through. Other than that, very nice and comfortable to be at and base out of for a few days."
