"Love the decor. Small,but big enough for the two of us and our two dogs. Close to town. The only problem we had was arriving at dark it was hard to find. Would be nice to have a small sign or something at the end of the driveway. "

"Nice clean condo with comfortable beds. Expect some street noise. Being in the heart of town was fun, as you can walk to many things. They check parking meters often so dont get caught like we did when we were hauling our luggage in! Overall great stay!"

"High end flat in the perfect spot on Main Street. I'm extremely picky and this home was spotless. Beautiful and cozy, and Mr Duthie was quick to respond and super nice. "I was in town to drop my son of at college. We only stayed for 12 hours (mainly to sleep) but this studio was in a beautiful and quiet location. It was clean and comfortable. I felt at home and appreciated all of the environmentally/organic friendly touches. I will be visiting Durango often. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We played golf at Glacier the day of check in. Super easy and fast check in. Our room had fantastic views of 16, 17 and 18. The room was equipped with everything we needed, comfortable bed and excellent amenities. Fitness center, outdoor pool, golf course and restaurants. We will be returning next year for sure!"

"Wow, that's my first thought after staying here and the location is just the perfect distance from Durango. Very quiet with a feel of safety and comfort. Our dog also love the fact that he could run around with Tito, so this maybe the place we decide to book all the time, so for sure this place is in my favorite's list and the owners that lived near were very friendly and welcoming so, for sure you will see us again. "We stayed 3 nights at this cozy, tucked - away studio rental just minutes from activities in Durango. Though there are multiple residences and rentals on the property, it was mostly private - feeling and quiet. It was a delight to have morning coffee on the little patio overlooking a beautiful ridge view. All the provided supplies we needed in the kitchen and bath were accessible and there was ample storage space to tuck our own things. We can highly recommend this charming studio."
