"Do not let the description fool you. Itā€™s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say ā€œowner may be on premisesā€ they actually mean, ā€œowner lives above the apartmentā€. Which wasnā€™t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...
