"Not a bad place to stay and conveniently located to all downtown attractions. Mattress was very stiff for my taste, and had a hard time sleeping. Noises travel through the room very easily, but to be expected from a place this old. Bathroom was. Little small as well, but useable."

"Walkable to the hot springs. Some minor kinks to work out in the place but it’s still nice. We liked it so much, we turned our 1 night stay into a 2 night stay. "

"We came for a cycling event in Durango. The place was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and included coffee. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We had access to the pool and hot tub. It is about a 7 minute drive to downtown Durango, so close, but not a quick walk. It felt safe and quiet. The view from the living room is of the gorgeous snow-topped mountains."
