As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. "Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. "Lovely quiet location, A perfect antidote to the crowds. Tomeu very welcoming with some lovely oranges and lemons from his farm, Coming from the Cotswolds we know all about sheep (!) but these were particularly charming with their bells and friendly manner, loved watching them especially during feeding time. Stunning location, only 10 minutes from Fornalutx which is beautiful with lovely restaurants and a beautiful outlook over the mountains. Very much enjoyed driving in the Tramontana...

"Small and bijou perfect for 2 people- relaxing and laid back. Uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean from a large terrace. Handy if you are fit for the walk to Soller Bay especially the return. Or have an appropriate car and reasonable driving skill."

"Had a lovely family (young children) stay at this villa, Joan was very friendly and helpful. It was exceptionally hot and so the enormous pool (about 10m in diameter with split levels of 1m and 1.8m deep, with controlled access through gates, up steps) was great for the whole family to enjoy. Lovely beaches fairly close by around Playa de Muro, and tourist towns of Can Picafort and Port d'Alcudia for the all important beaches and eateries.
