"I stayed in a single room at this property. The room was just the right size for one person. The staff are all multilingual and very helpful. I was able to leave my bags before I went to the airport in a safe room. The pool and outdoor facilities are gorgeous. There is free yoga and pilates. I went to the pilates class and it was great. The bus to the old town of Palma is right in front and is an easy commute. This is a big German party area, so it recommend this area for young people looking to party. "

"In an great position to walk to the harbour and shops, and a few minutes walk from the airport bus stop. The staff were very helpful, especially when we unexpectedly had to return for an extra night because our flight was cancelled. Breakfast had every choice you could want, and the tapas at the 1962 cafe. Would return very happily."

"Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and was run very efficiently. The pool and the food were more than adequate, and the location was also very convenient. And the buffet breakfast was sensational, totally worth the price if not included in the room. The feather in the cap was the staff. They all went above and beyond in every possible way. Special mention to Yael at the front desk, and also to the wonderful Michell and Joyce, who took great care of our food-allergic kids. 10/10"

"Female receptionist on arrival (Denise) very dour - did not make eye contact, uncommunicative & unfriendly - was left with her for 15 mins. on arrival & she did not update as to why we were getting kept waiting. A friendly smile with a meet & greet (with arrival) drink would have been much nicer. Nico who manned reception too,was much, much friendlier in further dealings at reception - extremely helpful & courteous. Bar/dining/cleaning staff were all very nice & pleasant. Food/drink/cleanliness exceptional. Can/will highly recommend. "

"Staff were fantastic throughout my stay, great value for money in a location close to everything like the beach and some lovely restaurants. Hotel was spotless - room great size for a single person. Very small thing - the bed is quite hard but overall, I had an amazing time. You can’t go wrong staying here."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming. Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony. We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered. There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies. We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm. There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel. We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again."
