"Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. "We loved our stay it was perfect for us with our toddler and my parents. Just crossed the road to main hotel villaconcha but loved staying in the more quiet montelin studios for privacy and small pool away from everyone else but still using all the main hotel facilities. Was very impressed with the hotel and staff were so friendly. Beach is a 2 to 3 minute walk up the road and minutes to restaurants we will defo return"
