"I stayed here last year with my cousins and we still talk about this place! I have never loved a hotel more. The breakfast every morning was great and I loved our room. The most beautiful views I have ever seen! Would come here every year! "

"We stayed at the Iberostar Cristina Waves during the February half term. We had a great stay. The staff are very attentive, great with the children and very friendly! The hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. The food was varied and very good! The only criticism that we have is the bedrooms only provide a single pillow and the beds are single beds pushed together with separate bedding. "For us it was a perfect location. Very easy and reliable bus service into Palma. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the guests were not very considerate. Due to the large numbers of cats at the entrance to the hotel it smells of strong urine all the time and inside the hotel! Would we recommend, yes possibly. The cats need to be removed. "

"Lovely stay during low season. There’s an indoor spa (indoor lounge pool, sauna, steam room and Turkish steam room). Bfast included was your typical continental buffet. Customer service was nice, got an upgrade. Decent pool outside but not deep enough for a proper swim. Door leads outdoor to the beach. "

"The hotel is lovely, the breakfast has a lot to offer... I would say the room is quite small and does not seem 4* and did have a sewer like smell from the air con. I would stay again but do think the price does not reflect the quality. "

"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care.
