"This property was great! Only a short 10-15 drive to COTA coming from the southeast of the track made for a nice hassle-free experience each day. The home was well appointed and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. All guests had nothing but good things to say about the home. The screened in porch with the gas fire-pit was great for morning coffee and evening chats and cocktails. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who...

"A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. "The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

"We had a great stay at this property. The house was very spacious and we easily slept 14 people. Amenities at the house were great for a weekend get away. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house instead of venturing out. The property manager was fantastic to work with and gracious with us for a minor request on checkout day. We highly recommend the property!"

"From the very beginning Amelia was so attentive and willing to help in any way. She went above and beyond to make our trip one for the books. "Everything was great - from the home to the attentive team who helped us along the way! The kitchen and barn were great gathering areas. The barn is truly special. The outdoor space was amazing too with views of the hill country and stars at night. It's hard to leave this wonderful place but we did arrange some rides to explore Austin, which was a nice balance to our trip. "
