"My family of four really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part about the property for us was the location. We wanted the 'ranch' feel - but also conveniences and restaurants in close proximity. We got exactly that - the view from the back porch is amazing and the kids 'explored' the property. We were 5-10 minutes from the main area of Dripping Springs with HEB, restaurants and several breweries...

"A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. Basketball and slack line provided challenges for the teens and those of us who were young in spirit.A...

"The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

"My son’s wedding was at Stonehouse Villa in Driftwood, just 10 minutes from the house. This house was immaculate. It was perfect because we were so close to the venue. Lisa was fabulous. If I needed anything she gave me her number so I could contact her directly. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe even for a girls night and check out all the wineries and breweries near by. The prices was very reasonable as well. Thanks again Lisa for allowing us to stay in this cozy Vrbo."

"We arrived at the place to find that the owner was there and that as she had canceled when I did not have any notification, Vrbo assured that I actually had my reservation and everything in order but this woman decided to cancel at the last minute. So very bad experience."

"From the very beginning Amelia was so attentive and willing to help in any way. She went above and beyond to make our trip one for the books. She was always staying in touch and quickly reply to any questions. The house was so welcoming and the yard is absolutely beautiful. This is a must stay if you are looking a quiet get away. "Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head. "
